Dr. Crystal Fleming-Smith, a standout leader on Xavier’s Gold Nuggets basketball team from 1997 to 2001, earned multiple athletic honors while excelling academically as a pre-med student. She went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Howard University and has spent the past 17 years building a dynamic career as a dental clinician, practice owner, and national speaker. Deeply committed to service, Dr. Fleming-Smith supports global and local initiatives while inspiring the next generation through her values of faith, family, and community.
